Privacy Policy
FantasyDuo is a fantasy football game for Serie A and La Liga. This policy explains what we collect when you play, why, who helps us run the service, and the choices you have. We collect only what the game needs. We don't sell your data, show ads or track you across other apps or websites.
Who we are
Leadership Simulations, the company behind FantasyDuo, is responsible for your data (the "data controller"). For any privacy question or request, email leadershipsimulations@outlook.com, or use More → Contact us in the app.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, plus your name if you sign in with Apple or Google and choose to share it. Passwords are handled by our sign-in provider and never seen by us.
- Game profile: your team name, manager name, avatar and club crest.
- Game activity: your squads, transfers, captain choices, chips, points, league memberships and past seasons.
- Messages you send us: contact messages (complaints, ideas, bug reports) and team-name reports.
- Device token: if you turn on alerts, a push token and the app's language, so we can send deadline reminders, goal alerts and injury alerts in your language.
- Crash and error reports: if the app crashes or something fails, an anonymous report with the screen, app version, phone model, system version and the error. It carries a random install code, never your name, email or squad.
- Technical data: your IP address is used briefly to protect the service from abuse, and our hosting provider keeps standard short-lived server logs.
We don't collect your location, contacts, photos, health data or advertising identifiers, and the app has no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
How we use it
- To run your account and the game: save your squads, score rounds and rank leagues.
- To show your team name and avatar to other managers in leagues and leaderboards.
- To send the notifications you've turned on.
- To find and fix crashes and errors.
- To answer your messages and handle reports.
- To keep the game fair and secure, including moderating team names and blocking abuse.
We rely on providing the service you asked for (contract), our legitimate interest in keeping the game safe, fair and working, and your consent for notifications, which you can turn off at any time.
Who helps us
These providers process data on our behalf, only to run FantasyDuo:
- Supabase: sign-in and account login.
- Cloudflare: hosting the game servers and storing game data.
- Apple and Google: Sign in with Apple / Google, and push notifications.
- Resend: delivering emails about your messages and deletion requests.
Football data (fixtures, scores, player stats) comes from sports data providers. No personal data is sent to them. News stories link to the publishers' own websites, which have their own privacy policies.
Purchases of the app are handled entirely by the App Store or Google Play. We never receive your payment details.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account, your login, profile, squads, scores, past seasons, league places, reports and messages are removed straight away. We only keep anonymous admin activity entries needed to keep the game fair. Crash reports are anonymous and deleted once the problem is fixed. Push tokens that haven't been used for a long time are deleted automatically.
Your rights
- Delete: More → Profile → Delete account, or use our account deletion page.
- Access, correct or export: change your team details in the app, or email us for a copy of your data.
- Notifications: turn them off in the app or in your phone's settings.
- Complain: you can contact your local data protection authority.
We answer requests within 30 days.
Children
FantasyDuo is not aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has created an account, contact us and we'll delete it.
Security and international transfers
Data is encrypted in transit and stored with providers who follow industry security standards. Our providers may process data outside your country. Where they do, they use recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. We'll tell you in the app about any important changes. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version applies.
